BRMC welcomes three new team members
Wonderful things are happening at Blue Ridge Mountain Club. Homes are being built, our Summer Soulstice celebration is coming up in June, and our brand new, premier amenities—Ascent Wellness & Fitness, Lookout Grill, Jasper Club House—are nearing completion.
In fact, to ensure that the concierge service at our amenities will be as impressive as the facilities themselves, we have searched high and low to find the perfect staff members to bring the experience to life. Please welcome our new BRMC Team Members:
Dustin Elliott – Executive Chef
Meg Andrews – Food & Beverage Director
Emily Caudle – Program & Events Manager
Dustin, Meg, and Emily are “the cream of the crop” and eager to join our extended family. Each brings wonderful credentials and references, and will enable us to give families a dynamic social, dining, and hospitality experience that is second to none—just like Blue Ridge Mountain Club.
Dustin moved to the High Country about a year ago and brings a cooking style that he describes as modern international: “I guess you could say that I like to travel the world through my food.” He will be sourcing food from local farmers and growers to create an eclectic and savory menu.
Meg comes to us from Bowing Rock Country Club, where she “fell in love with the club atmosphere.” She is a true people person and is looking forward to meeting the families at BRMC and ensuring their satisfaction.
And finally, Emily was born and raised in North Carolina—on the east coast, near Wilmington, but “saw the light” and moved to the mountains four years ago. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commercial Tourism Management.

What a setting! To gaze outside and see the splendor of these ancient mountains is truly motivational. This is a setting that inspires a fulfilling workout. Large windows reveal soaring views that help you achieve a peak effort.
Lookout Grill
A restaurant with a view. And each season brings new aspects of Nature’s bounty into view. This is a wonderful area to meet for a casual fare with the kids or that special someone after a day exploring the mountain.
Jasper Club House
A crowning achievement at BRMC, and the heartbeat of the community. This is the perfect place for families to come together—to watch the big game…enjoy fine wine by the fire…or have a small intimate dinner with good friends.
