You go to the mountains for panoramic views and open spaces. A place that’s uncrowded, unspoiled, with views that seem unlimited. Blue Ridge Mountain Club offers that – with the additional commitment of setting aside thousands of acres that will remain undeveloped, so your children (and your children’s children) can choose to come here for those same reasons.
Our master plan will continue to evolve, but our plans are to limit Blue Ridge Mountain Club’s 6,200 acres to fewer than 2,000 units – so we are starting with a very low density. With our partnership with a regional conservation organization, over 1,000 acres of key site corridors and forest have already been set aside in perpetual conservation easements, and we have plans for more. Reynolds has consistently been a great steward of our lands, and we will carry that commitment to Blue Ridge Mountain Club.
