Blowing Rock Resort Venture, LLC (a joint-venture between Lubert-Adler and Southeast LandCo Acquisition Fund) acquired this magnificent 6,212-acre property from Ginn in December 2008. The name “Reynolds Blue Ridge” was used for immediacy, convenience, and to introduce the world-renowned standards represented by the Reynolds family to the Blue Ridge area.

Since then, the Blowing Rock Resort Venture management team has been steadily working on coaxing the true identity of this unique expanse of land from the people, geography, and outdoor lifestyle it offers.
